For those of you who don't know, I am a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. My office in NYC just expanded to a 3rd floor and we are looking to bring on 40 new financial representatives. Since I work mostly on a referral basis, I thought that it would be a good idea to ask everybody if they themselves or people that they know are exploring career options right now. I know a lot of people have recently been laid off or are not satisfied in their current profession, I thought it would be a good opportunity to ask. Candidates don't necessarily have to have finance experience because my company provides comprehensive training for that, but they need to have a college degree, have a history of success, and be very driven. if you know of anyone, please let me know!
