Requirements:

Education/Experience

BS/ 5+ years experience in HR and 4-6 years of HCM SAP experience.

Additionally, you must have experience in reading and writing business requirements and identifying system/data-related issues; and management experience in managing staff, teams, projects, etc.

Intermediate Access database, Excel and SQ01 knowledge and skills; developing Business Warehouse HCM queries and understanding of SAP integration between HCM modules are required skills.
