We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the marketing,
sales, and admission process, on the corporate level, for
approximately 27 facilities, in multiple states, broken into 3
regions- each having a regional director of sales and marketing.  The
position is responsible for directing and supervising the marketing to
hospitals, doctors, and the public in order to increase the daily
census in the facilities and improve the premium mix (i.e. Medicare,
private, and commercial insurance patients.)  The Director will
develop marketing programs to increase the number of referrals and
improve the capture of those referrals.  Each facility has a "sales
force" comprised of, generally, nurses that visit hospitals, generate
and evaluate referrals for admission.  The position would also involve
recommending, creating, and developing new clinical programs, together
with the clinical division.  By way of example, this may involve
recruiting new physician groups as referral sources and developing
joint ventures with major hospitals in the respective geographic area.

The base salary for the marketing position is 150,000-165,000+/- plus
significant performance bonuses.  We expect, that with performance
bonuses the position, if successfully executed, could produce
compensation in excess of $350,000.

To develop and maintain applications utilizing Oracle PL/SQL and .Net

Experience Required

6+ years experience business applications
6+ years working experience using PL/SQL

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for application development, testing, implementation, and support for SQL environment
