Full time, 40 hours per week, Residence Manager in Mt. Vernon, NY. Residence Manager will be responsible for supervising the care and services for people with developmental disabilities who live in the residences. Hiring, training, and supervisions of direct care staff. Responsible for the overall upkeep and operation of the residence. Responsible for carrying beeper for emergency purposes. BA preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in the MR/DD field and 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience. Valid New York State Drivers License. Residential service experience preferred.
Various, full time, 40 hours per week, Assistant Residence Manager throughout Westchester County. Under direction of Residence Manager, work with and direct staff in the supervision and guidance of developmentally disabled persons in a home-like setting. Requires frequent face-to-face contact with residents, residential staff, agency clinical and support staff, persons in various community agencies and the families of residents. High School Diploma/GED, 2 year college credits preferred. Requires beeper coverage. 2 years experience working with the developmentally disabled. 1 year supervisory experience.
