 MUST HAVES: Bachelor's Degree in accounting.  In addition, an active

CPA certification is preferred.  Five years of experience in whole

loan accounting, tax and operations.  Real estate owned accounting.

Proficiency in Excel.  Familiarity and/or experience with mortgage

backed securities, mortgage backed derivatives, Asset backed

securities, global interest arbitrage, management of domestic and

non-US portfolios (including pension funds, endowments, foundations,

commercial/private banks, insurance companies).
