Thank you to Menachem Fischer for the following job openings:

WEB/PRINT DESIGN CONTRACTOR NEEDED:
New Sector Alliance (www.newsector.org), a nonprofit organization based in Boston and expanding to the San Francisco Bay Area, is looking for a contractor to complete the following work:
(1). Web site redesign (please note: new site will link to an upgraded/customized Salesforce.com CRM system we are currently completing with Exponent Partners (www.exponentpartners.com) and a volunteer web developer)
(2). Work on New Sector's existing logo (we currently only have the file in black; need to replicate it in other colors/formats)
(3). Designing some practical and cost-effective marketing collateral -- e.g, a one-page program overview --> ideally this may be a template or set of templates that New Sector can tailor for use with our myriad stakeholders: (a) nonprofit clients, (b) for-profit socially/environmentally responsible clients, (c) funders/donors, (d) student and young professional recruits, (e) volunteers
(4). Designing and managing the low-cost production of a transportable banner for use as identification and signage at events
(5). Assisting with the design of New Sector's 2009 Social Impact Report (or a template for 2009 and future reports) which will be sent out to donors and other stakeholders in November/December (please note: New Sector currently uses MS Publisher for this report; if we will need to purchase other software to be able to edit text/graphics/etc. in this report please tell us know what software we will need and $ cost per license/individual user).
We need to make a quick decision re. which contractor we hire, but the work can be completed in October/November/December. We are on a relatively tight nonprofit budget, so cost is a factor -- we will likely elect the highest quality low cost provider of services.
If you are interested, please submit a proposal ASAP to webdesign@newsector.org. We will be evaluating proposals immediately so those received by MONDAY, AUGUST 31 will be given preference. Your proposal should include:
(A). Your resume/website/credentials
(B). Estimated pricing for the 5 deliverables listed above, broken out by cost of (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5)
(C). Samples of your work -- both websites and print
(D). 3-5 references that we can contact ASAP
