ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Associate, within the Company's Finance Research Group, will have

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Associates in the group perform fundamental analysis of financial
reports and other filings of publicly held companies, with an emphasis
on identifying accounting related clues that may indicate actual or
imminent improvement or deterioration in corporate operating
performance.


REQUIREMENTS:

-CPA or equivalent is required

-5 to 7 years experience, including an audit background plus M&A and

communication and computer skills.  Ability to stay organized while
supporting multiple managers is important.

We are also looking for someone to assemble tax returns during tax
season.  This person does not have to have any tax or accounting
experience.  It is detailed and methodical work.  We will train the
individual on our process of getting the tax returns ready for
delivery to the client.  Hours are flexible, so this may be a good
opportunity for a student, recent graduate or a person who wants to
get back into the workforce.
