Job Description:
The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for the quality of software and adhering to the quality operational activities of multiple technology solutions within our client company. This position requires experience in understanding the technical architecture software and development lifecycle model of our client.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and test new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines.

* Review new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.

* Recommend program improvements or corrections to programmers.

Qualifications:

- Approximately 1-3 years of applications development or applications testing in a Pharma environment. Good understanding with Pharma terminology.

Orthodox shul looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Excellent computer skills; must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products including but not limited to Word, Excel and Publisher, must be Internet savvy.
Bookkeeping experience is required. Rakefet experience (shul bookkeeping software), is highly preferred, but not required.
Experience working within a Shul is preferred.
Excellent writing skills - edit, design, print and mail bi-monthly newsletter.
Maintain shul calendar, update davening times on the shul website.
Send out event flyers and meeting notices and tally responses.
Keep track of kiddushim, simchas, cholim and shiva announcements.
Prepare and send regular phone-blasts, mail, and email to members.
Coordinate vendor deliveries and catering arrangements.
Interface with the Rabbi, committee heads, and volunteers and assist them with ongoing tasks.
Light supervision of maintenance people who work in Shul.
Light assistance with setup and breakdown of meeting rooms.

Must have a pleasant phone manner, be a people person, be detail oriented, and be familiar with the needs of an Orthodox community.



Must be able to work 5 days per week. Hours are flexible and work week is
32-38 hours.
