Title Senior Manager, Business Analysis
Position Location Princeton, NJ
Department BIO -=BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Reports to the Associate Director, Business Anal=sis, Biopharmaceuticals.
Leads and manages business analysis, strategic= planning, and business
execution processes. Internal relations include= interaction with the
management team on a routine basis, as well as=all levels of the business in
regard to business planning, sales forecasting, goal setting and monthly
reporting. External relationships include interaction with various consultants
and organizations based on the=needs of special projects or implementation of
new programs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

BUSINESS ANALYSIS
•Design and ma=age processes to gather and analyze data for financial,
sales, marketing, business development, and other business purposes. Develop
and recommend policies and actions to improve and optimize business.
•Identify and analyze new product opportunities and unmet market needs.
Detail=situations and necessary actions and communicate the information
clear=y to the management team.
•Understand and identify opportunities in=specialty/injectable
pharmaceuticals manage care market.
•Su=port pharmaceutical field force effectiveness initiatives and projects. Reach a good understanding of the business also through developing
opinion leaders and associations).

STRATEGIC PLANNING=BR>•Take important roles in the development of Biopharm business strategies.
•Lead development of budget plans and sales forecasts for annual= planning
processes, which may involve domestic or international teams=
•Recommend and present sales incentive compensation plans to the Biopharm IC
Board. Draft sales IC plan documents according to IC board decisions. Ensure
timely approval of IC plans from the Executive Office=and Biopharm management
team members.
•Lead development of business=s plans (e.g. launch planning, special project
business plan) and review=w plans developed by domestic or international teams.

•Act as a=challenger to marketing teams/brand management teams regarding
strategic=c planning issues.
•Generate understanding of and commitment to business strategies throughout
the organization by communication and daily=collaboration with internal
departments.

BUSINESS EXECUTION
=95Drive continuous improvement through initiating, leading, and managing=key
Biopharm business projects. Manage people and drive teams in cross=functional
projects.
•Collaborate with internal and external stake=holders to address supply chain
issues for pharmaceutical products.
Establishing valuation models, and conducting negotiations.
=95Implement programs to define metrics to measure Return On Investment (R=I)
of various programs including specific sales and marketing projects= Develop
improvement initiatives based on results. Gain commitment to=initiatives
throughout the organization.
•Prepare reports/information per the request of the management team.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
•MBA plus 8+ years relaxed experiences required.
•2-3 years management consulting experience=in strategic planning,
marketing, and business development areas required.
•2-3 year brand management, market research, business analysis, and managed
care program experience in a pharmaceutical company required.
•Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
•Prior work experience in both domestic and international business=s
environment preferred.
•Ability to effectively plan, prioritize= execute and follow-up in a timely
manner and anticipate problems and=roadblocks.
•Knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels.

 Title Executive Assistant to the JECEI (Jewish Early Childhood Education

Initiative) Executive Director

Function

This position provides administrative support to the Executive Director and the JECEI operations.

Responsibilities

1. Answer phone, screen call= and respond to routine questions about JECEI.

2. Perform clerical and light bookkeeping (A/P and A/R) duties quickly and accurately.

3. Prepare documents and correspondence and protect the integrity of materials and communications designated as confidential.

4. Maintain the Executive Director's appointment schedule and related materials and make travel arrangements.

5. Anticipate needs of the=Executive Director with respect to reports, the preparation of correspondence and meeting materials.

6. Organize data and maintain appropriate files and records.

7. Arrange meetings as directed by the Executive Director.

8. Maintain office supplies=inventory and process fiscal documents.

9. Assist in the planning, coordinating and executing of special events.

10. Effectively interface with JECEI staff, Delegates, Board of Directors and JECEI communities in a=manner that maximizes the work of JECEI.

11. Perform other duties as=assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications=/P>

It is required that the candidate posses office experience and demonstrated computer experience including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.

In addition, the candidate=must have excellent written and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively. The candidate must also be able to do routine checking=of accounts payable and receivable. The candidate must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
