SUMMARY

Responsible for the strategic planning, implementing and executing of
sales programs, both short and long range, for our total tabletop
business through our distribution network and end users in Eastern
Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey territory.

My clients HQ is up in North Jersey NJ, But they would only have to be
there once in a while. Most of their Sales mangers are on the road and
work from Home.
The territory is South Jersey, PA and DE.

My client needs for their office a person to provide:

All Help Desk and phone support

A/V support

Copier machine support

Receiving and inventorying all equipment

All software installations, upgrades, and repairs

Printer general repair

Hardware repair

Client site field support

Palms & PDA's & wireless repair and setup

Light network switches & hub issues

Other AP&M office technical and help desk support, and onsite office rotation

Wireless set up, repair, and help inventory

New hire setups

Requisition price quoting and light ordering at the direction of the
Bridgewater Network Manager, IT Manager or IT Director

A/V trouble shooting, scheduling, meeting management and assistance

Monitor and maintain all Audio Boardroom, conference room, or meeting
room equipment

Printer toner inventory control and reporting to the Office's IT Manager

General assigned duties by Bridgewater Network Manager, Edison Network
Manager, IT Manager or IT Director.

POSITION - The National Director of Planned Giving will serve as the primary driver of the AABGU planned giving and legacy giving agenda. S/he will also serve as a Major Gifts Officer with responsibility for a portfolio of major gift donors and prospective donors. The position reports to the Vice President for Development and is a member of the AABGU senior management team.

Qualifications and experience:

·Candidates should have at least 15 years of successful major gift and planned giving experience preferably in a university setting and/or associated organization.

·Should be able to work effectively with lay leadership, executive staff and regional development officers to incorporate planned giving vehicles into individualized plans to increase donors' gift capacity.

·Should be a team player who can mentor and nurture professional staff.

·Should have the ability to motivate and work with key lay and professional leadership in the development and implementation of an effective planned giving program.

·Must be experienced in Moves Management and be able to work with high net prospects and donors.

·Should have experience closing six and seven-figure gifts

·Should have experience developing, managing and implementing major campaign initiatives is useful.

·Should be willing to work directly with leadership prospects and/or travel 50% of the time in support of various regional planned giving activities as the program grows and be willing to travel to Israel.

·Should possess the qualities of an entrepreneur - be creative and flexible.

·A working knowledge of Israel and or/fundraising within the Jewish community is helpful but not required.
